What is the Weekender?
The Weekender is the pathway for you to move from simply attending Radiant City on the weekends to being connected in a meaningful way to the church. You will transition from being ‘connected to the crowd’ to ‘committed to the family’.
Each Weekender begins on a Friday evening with a catered dinner where you’ll hear from staff and learn more about the vision of Radiant City
The Weekender caps off on Sunday morning with Attend 1 Serve 1. This is where you’ll have the opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at how our weekend serve teams function. You’ll discover how your gifts can play a part in what God is doing at Mercy Hill.

We believe that having a meal with someone new is one of the best ways to connect in community. That’s why we offer the Friday night dinner prior to the start of the Weekender so you can truly connect with those who may also be newer to Radiant City . We are excited to have you join us!
Be a part of the family!
At the Weekender, you will hear the story of Radiant City, what we believe and you will also have a chance to interact with our staff and ask any questions you may have about our church. You also will see how God can weave you and your gifts into the story of Radiant City. Every believer is called to be a part of the church and to utilize the gifts and talents God has given them to serve for the sake of the Gospel.
Strategic Partnerships and Affiliations
The Send Network is the church planting arm of the North American Mission Board. They specialize in equipping, training, and resourcing church planters to multiply churches, one person, one neighborhood, and one community at a time.
The Summit Collaborative is a family of churches that collaborates to equip leaders to plant, grow, and multiply balanced, gospel-centered churches.
Radiant City believes that churches plant churches and that every church should have a mother/Sending church. The Brook Miami serves as Radiant City’s Sending church. Their vision is to “grow a people, from all people, passionate for God.”
Pastor Cliff is currently in a three-year leadership collective with COE22. COE22’s heart and goal in their partnership is to deeply invest and pour into Pastor Cliff and Radiant City so that we would be a healthy, thriving, and multiplying family and church plant. Furthermore, they desire our partnership to be a mutual one, where Radiant City would symbiotically encourage them in the mission of God.
The Citylight Family of Churches is made up of autonomous
churches that share the same DNA, vision, and values. Like a
family, each church is governed independently and has its own
unique personality that fits its neighborhood but is connected
strategically and relationally with the other Family churches.
